ISO ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are part of the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 families, which are among best known ISO standards ever. ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001: 2004 are implemented by over a million organizations in 175 countries.
The ISO 9000 family addresses "Quality management". This means that the organization must fulfil the quality requirements of the customer, and applicable regulatory requirements, while aiming to enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve continual improvement of its performance in pursuit of these objectives.
The ISO 14000 family addresses "Environmental management". This means that the organization must minimize harmful effects on the environment caused by its activities and achieve continual improvement of its environmental performance.

PEFC PEFC (The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting Sustainable Forest Management (SFM) through independent third-party certification.
PEFC works throughout the entire forest supply chain to promote good practice in the forest and to ensure that timber and non-timber forest products are produced with respect for the highest ecological, social and ethical standards.
Thanks to its eco-label, customers and consumers are able to identify products from sustainably managed forests.
